STOB was proud to work on this promotional video for Concord Saisons Condos. In this film for a business event STOB was able to promote the newest condos which were a successful project from Concord Adex. As a company that had already developed several projects in prime locations between Sheppard Avenue, Leslie Street and the Highway 401 STOB wanted to really showcase this newest building.
In any of our feature videos for property and real estate or for businesses STOB likes to describe and point out all of the best locations and features not only for the building or service but in the area as well. In order to capture the aesthetic of the beautiful décor that was highlighted in the lobby and the style of architecture that was used for the building itself, STOB wanted to make sure the subjects of the video also matched the aesthetic. Many guests throughout the video dressed up in an English style clothing in order to match the design and the architecture that the creators of Concord Saisons Condos utilized in their entire design. By making sure that there was a distinct theme STOB feels as though the actors throughout the video and their choice of costume really highlighted an improved the great design work done at this location.
As you can see from our concept and from our final result, STOB was able to build a successful commercial videography preview of this new and exciting condo development in the North York region.
